ABOUT JESSICA GRIFFIN

Hi, I’m Jessica—Certified Executive Coach (PCC), educator, facilitator, and lifelong learner.

I help people grow through change.

Whether you’re leading a team, running a business, shifting careers, or navigating a new season of life, I support you in learning your way forward—with clarity, courage, and alignment.

But this isn’t just what I do—it’s how I’ve lived.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built, scaled, and sold two award-winning businesses

I’ve worked in businesseducation, and the non-profit sector

I’ve led teams, facilitated learning experiences, designed curriculum, created programs, and coached hundreds of people at every stage of their leadership and professional growth.

And through it all?

I’ve gone through my own seasons of reinvention.

I’ve changed careers, rewritten goals, navigated burnout, rebuilt trust in myself, and redefined what success looks and feels like.

That’s why I do this work.

Because I know that growth isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning how to move forward in a way that honors who you are, what matters to you, and what’s possible next.

Amy R.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Whether I’m coaching or facilitating, I work collaboratively and relationally.

I ask thoughtful questions, challenge with kindness, and help you connect the dots between your ideas, your experiences, and your next step forward.

You can expect space to reflect.

Structure to focus your energy.

Support that feels honest, empowering, and personalized to you.

This work is never about hustle, proving or performing.

It’s about learning, alignment, and sustainable growth that moves you forward with purpose and possibility.

Katrena K.

Clients and collaborators often tell me that I bring a unique balance of clarity and

compassiondepth and lightnessstrategy and soul.

I’m the person you can bring your messiest thoughts to— because I won’t judge them.

I’ll help you make sense of them, find the thread that connect them,

and turn them into meaningful next steps.

I’ve been described as:

  • Thoughtful and clear-eyed—able to see patterns, potential, and the path forward
  • Creative and inspiring—the kind of person who helps you reconnect with your vision and believe in it again
  • Warm, grounded, and trustworthy—someone who brings calm to chaos and makes people feel safe to be real
  • Honest and kind in equal measure—I’ll challenge you, but never in a way that makes you feel small
  • A quiet powerhouse—the calm in the room and the one moving things forward
  • Joyful and a little funny—because yes, I believe in meaningful growth… and I also believe in not taking ourselves too seriously

People I work with say things like:

  • “You helped me name the things I couldn’t previously put into words.”
  • “I felt instantly safe, calm, and grounded in your presence.”
  • “You help me think past surface of what I’m struggling with, refocus my energy and ensure I stay on task.”
  • “You have an amazing ability to take in information and process it into something creative and teachable.”
  • “You helped me feel like myself again—and gave me clear next steps.”
  • “I finally felt like someone saw the whole of who I am.”
  • “Your ability to share a depth of knowledge, backed up with research is admirable. You give people the tools to run with the knowledge you share.”
  • “You show up with genuine curiosity and care. You want the best for the people you work with and have their best interests in mind.”

Whether I’m coaching, facilitating, or co-creating something with you, I show up fully.

I bring my heart, my humour, my insight, my experience, and my deep belief in your ability to grow into what’s next.

No matter what role I’m in—I bring my whole self to this work.

And I want you to bring your whole self too.

Because you deserve a space where all of you is welcome.
